Transform into a longer, leaner, more supple and stable self! This class embodies postures and inspiration from yoga, functional training, and pilates that focuses on the powerhouse muscles of the core. This class will tone thighs, hips, and glutes, while strengthening the back, arms, and abdominal muscles.
